Part of a Youth Dance Group in the South West? It's your last chance to apply for the South West Regional Platform.

12th December 2014

Applications for the South West Regional Platform are now open, but hurray deadline for all application is 5pm on Friday 19th December. For the first time Dance in Devon & Plymouth Dance are hosting both the regional and national U.Dance platforms, on behalf of Youth Dance England. Applications are welcome from Youth & School Dance Groups (Ages 11 – 19) and inclusive and integrated groups especially welcome (age 11 – 24).

The regional platform will take place on Sunday 19 April 2015 at Exeter Northcott Theatre.

The National U.Dance event will take place between the 22 – 25 July 2015 in Plymouth.

Beneits include:

• A main-stage public performance at the Theatre Royal Plymouth (TRP) on one of three days.
• Access to an incredible participatory programme of classes, workshops and dance experiences led by outstanding dance teachers, choreographers and artists, in the glorious seaside town of Plymouth.
• Tickets to watch the other two main-stage performances.
• A chance to meet, network and socialise with hundreds of other young dancers from all over the UK.
